ServSafe food protection manager and ServSafe food handler certificate is issued upon completing exam session number and an exam answer sheet corresponding to the program and its successful completion. Among food safety certification course material the ServSafe program teaches sanitation regulations, Servsafe Alcohol, ServSafe Allergens and numerous level programs for food safety training.
The successful completion of ServSafe online training and corresponding exams allows a dining facility, catering facility or cafeteria to post the ServSafe dining commitment logo along side ServSafe Manager certificate for employee(s), owners and patron guests. Subject matter and material taught to employees discuss cleaning, temperature requirements for dishware and flatware and time/temperature requirements respectively for different food groups.
The National Restaurant Association Educational programs offered by the Restaurant Association Educational Foundation are online and in-person with important classes that teach skills and provide credits of achievement. The successful completion of credit approved course and class material provide National Restaurant Association Educational credits to a food handler and food manager for accumulation. To register and attend ServSafe training, individuals and employees can register with Campaign Pay it Forward or contact their job/employer for valid online credits. Upon review and receiving an exam pass grade on the ServSafe website or in- person course the program will be considered complete and a ServSafe certificate or ServSafe Manager certificate can be issued in food safety. Training course material, class, exam and services are available in English and Spanish for review.
Ones job and employer often cover the cost of ServSafe course and class attendance and training upon receiving a valid training certification. Multiple certifications and knowledge are the best source of prevention.
